Ingredients:
• 200 grams rectangular cheese
• Evaporated Milk, 5 fl oz
• 1/3 Cup cornstarch
• Oil for deep frying
• Wrapper
• Mayonaise
• Ketchup
• Mustard powder
Procedure:
1 Combine evaporated milk and cornstarch, in a small bowl.
2 Sliced thin cheese horizontally
3 Roll cheese into wrapper
4 Apply small amount mixture of evaporated milk and starch at the end of rolled cheese on wrapper
5 Take a big heavy saucepan and heat the oil to 365 degrees F.
6 Now fry till golden brown, for about 2 minutes.
7 Remove it from the flame and drain on paper towels.
Sauce Dip Procedure:
1/2 cup mayonaise
1/2 cup ketchup
1 teaspoon powdered mustard
*Mix all the ingredients in a small bowl
