This song artist is Basia. A jazz singer from London who imbued me during my college days. I listen to her songs every time reviewing my lessons for an exam and having a night out with friends. Time and Tide is always on my playlist with my portable cd player. I'm not so sure the meaning of the song. What I knew the rhythm is nice and slow. lovin' jazz music.
