On
the 25th of April (my special day) mom in law surprised me with some of her best
cooking recipe. She cooked pancit palabok and baked macaroni dish. It is
a Filipino and Italian dish. Hub and the kids (particularly the boys)
would go for baked mac whereas we the girls for pancit palabok.
These two dishes are easy to prepare (according to her). Hence I must know how to cook it. I need to practice cooking different dishes since hub and the kids love to eat all the time.
